Fill out and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization
form submission of this form will reach a customer service representative who will respond to your request within 48 hours or you may call Customer Service at 1-800-256-3746 to receive an RMA number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
Any product returned for refund must be unmarred, in like new condition and in the original carton and packing with all parts and accessories. Your RMA number should be clearly printed on the outside of your return shipment in large bold print. Any promotional items included and shipped with the product being returned for refund, must be included with the return to receive a full refund. Shipping charges made as part of the original purchase will not be refunded and return shipping must be prepaid by you. Any product returned that is not in like new condition and in the original carton and packing with all parts and accessories may not be eligible for refunds or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Kicker will process your return within 7 to 10 business days from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number.
Products returned for replacement in accordance with our
Warranty Policy should be packed in the original carton and with all parts and accessories. If the original carton and packing are not available your must make every effort to package your return in such a manner as to insure the product is not damaged in transit. Products that are damaged in transit as a result of poor packing may cause the warranty to be void. Your RMA number should be clearly printed on the outside of your return shipment in large bold print.
